Move over Bellagio Fountains, Las Vegas tourists desire a hotel room with a great view of the Sphere. Quickly gaining notoriety as a new global landmark, Vegas tourists are competing for one of the few accommodations where you can marvel at the Sphere from the comfort of your own room.
Considering that the venue’s official name is “The Sphere at The Venetian Resort,” it would make complete sense that The Venetian provides some of the best and closest viewpoints of the enormous glittering globe.

Many travelers caught up in the excitement of this new Vegas attraction purchased tickets to see the first show at the Sphere, the U2:UV concert on September 29, 2023. It was the first event inside the new venue.
Ticketholders or anyone looking for a fabulous view of the Sphere should consider booking a room at The Venetian, Palazzo at the Venetian, Wynn (very few rooms have a view of the Sphere at Wynn), or Encore at Wynn as these are the closest hotels to the venue and their rooms provide some of the best views of the Sphere.

A few other affordable hotels located off the Strip with unobstructed views of the Sphere include The Westin Hotel & Spa, Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip, Trump International Hotel, and Horseshoe. Also, there’s Fontainebleau which is expected to open in December 2023—we wouldn’t categorize Fontainebleau as “affordable,” nevertheless, it has spectacular views of the Strip and the Sphere.

Hotels With the Best Views of the Sphere With Photos
We’ve gone ahead and ranked the hotels above from closest to furthest from the Sphere, that have astonishing views of the globe, below are the results.
- The Venetian
- The Palazzo at Venetian Resort
- Wynn
- Encore at Wynn
- The Westin Hotel & Spa
- Horseshoe
- Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip
- Trump International Hotel
- Fontainebleau
Horseshoe (#6) is the cheapest accommodation while Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Strip (#7), The Westin Hotel & Spa (#5), and Trump International (#8) are nice affordable options. As for the rest of the options, they’re pretty expensive—if you can afford the hefty price tag, the Venetian has the best views of the Sphere.
The Scoop on Discounted Sphere Tickets
The Sphere is so new that there are no discounted tickets available, and there probably won’t be for many years. However, that doesn’t mean that there’s not a deal to be had.
Our go-to online ticket resellers are SeatGeek and Vivid Seats, and many times, you will find cheaper Sphere experience and concert tickets through these two ticket platforms rather than the box office (aka Ticketmaster).
1. The Venetian

The Venetian Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip recreates the romantic experience of a gondola ride on the Grand Canal of Venice in Italy. Travelers can glide down the canals under graceful bridges, passing striking architectural structures in the replicated Venetian streetscape.
With The Venetian having ownership of the Sphere, the resort naturally lends itself to having some of the best and closest viewpoints of the enormous glittering globe.
